We take great pride in the quality of every book we deliver. Returns and refunds are accepted only if the book arrives damaged or with a printing defect.
Eligible for Return:
- Book received with damaged cover or pages
- Poor print quality — text unclear or missing pages
- Book arrived in a condition unfit for reading
Not Eligible for Return:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Book already read or used
- Minor cover scuffs caused during transit
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the book
- Send a clear photo of the damage to our email
- We will review and process your refund or replacement within 5 business days
